Grove has worked in the securities business in New York and Chicago since 1982. In addition to being the Managing Partner of HMA, he handles client relationships, and is responsible for strategic planning and business development.
When not in the office, Grove writes novels, the latest being Forty Rod Road, and its sequel, Hope, which is set to publish in 2020. He resides in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago with his wife Brooke , and has two sons, Chapin and Ned. Grove enjoys traveling the country and the globe, frequently stopping in to visit clients. He is a graduate of Brown University and sits on the boards of The Ragdale Foundation and the American Writers Museum.
